RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. ALL SALES FINAL — NO CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

All purchases from C&J Designs LLC are final. C&J Designs LLC does not routinely accept voluntary returns or exchanges and does not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection, ordering mistakes, changed circumstances, unwanted merchandise, or other reasons not requiring a remedy under applicable law. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, compatibility, specifications, quantities, and shipping details before placing an order.

2. DISCRETIONARY EXCEPTIONS — CASE-BY-CASE REVIEW

Any request for a voluntary return, exchange, cancellation, or refund must be submitted to C&J Designs LLC for review. C&J Designs LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any voluntary request on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. C&J Designs LLC may request proof of purchase, photographs, supporting documentation, or an inspection before deciding whether to grant a voluntary exception. No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization from C&J Designs LLC, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Any voluntary exception applies only to the specific transaction and does not establish a precedent, ongoing obligation, or change to this policy. This discretion does not apply to remedies required by applicable law.

3. RETURNS AND REMEDIES REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any return, cancellation, refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy that applicable law requires. Where a customer has a legally protected claim involving defective, materially misdescribed, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise nonconforming merchandise, C&J Designs LLC will provide the remedy required by applicable law. No voluntary manufacturer warranty is created by this policy.

4. CLAIM REVIEW AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To report a concern, contact candjdesigns.us@gmail.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and reasonably available supporting information. To the extent permitted by law, C&J Designs LLC may request photographs, documentation, troubleshooting information, or inspection of the product to evaluate the claim. Customers should contact C&J Designs LLC before sending merchandise back so that appropriate instructions can be provided. This process does not restrict any mandatory legal rights or deadlines.

5. SHIPPING, COSTS, AND REFUNDS

Responsibility for return transportation, original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and other costs will be determined by applicable law and the circumstances of the claim. When a refund is legally required or expressly approved in writing, C&J Designs LLC will process it using a lawful method and within the period required by applicable law. Any additional time required by a bank or payment provider is outside C&J Designs LLC's control.

6. INSTALLATION AND USE

Purchasers and their chosen installers are responsible for product selection, installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and lawful use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&J Designs LLC is not responsible for problems to the extent caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible applications, inadequate maintenance, or third-party workmanship. This provision does not eliminate liability for a product defect or other obligation that cannot legally be disclaimed.

7. CUSTOM AND COMMERCIAL ORDERS

Custom, wholesale, reseller, and other commercial orders may be governed by additional written terms expressly accepted before purchase. Unless such terms expressly provide otherwise, voluntary returns or exchanges are available only if C&J Designs LLC specifically approves an exception in writing. Mandatory legal remedies remain available where applicable.
