Processing Time

Orders are generally processed after payment is received.

Estimated production times may vary depending on product configuration, component availability, production volume, and other circumstances.

If a significant delay is expected, C&J Designs may contact the customer with an updated estimate.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using the carrier and service selected at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

C&J Designs is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import fees, and other government charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
